Free Trial

Deluxe Custom Apps LLC provides each new customer with one free domain for use with the DMARC Analytics tool for a period of fourteen (14) days, without requiring a credit card.
The customer may activate the DMARC Analytics service from within their account.
At the end of the fourteen (14) day trial period, the free trial will automatically expire unless the customer upgrades to a paid subscription. Upon expiration, no further DMARC Analytics processing will be performed for the customer’s domain. The customer may regain access to analytics features by purchasing a paid subscription.
 

Billing for Subscriptions

Deluxe Custom Apps LLC charges the customer the amount according to the chosen subscription plan. For annual and monthly subscription plans, the charge happens automatically at the end of the billing cycle if the auto-renewal option is enabled by the customer. If the auto-renewal option is not enabled, an email with the link for manual payment is sent to the customer.
 
The prices indicated on the pricing page do not include any VAT/TAX fee collected by Deluxe Custom Apps LLC’s payment processor Stripe.
 

Usage Count

Deluxe Custom Apps LLC provides DMARC Analytics with unlimited processing of both DMARC-capable and DMARC-incapable messages. Customers shall be billed solely based on the number of domains purchased for their account. Customers may purchase a greater number of domains than are actively used at any given time; however, all purchased domains remain billable regardless of actual usage. The monitoring and management of the number of purchased domains is the sole responsibility of the customer. Deluxe Custom Apps LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the pricing, features, or limitations of the DMARC Analytics service at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability to the customer.
 

Subscription Termination

You may terminate your subscription to the service only at the end of the current billing period by canceling your subscription in your account on the dmarkoff.com website. Upon cancellation, automatic renewal will stop and no further monthly or annual charges will occur. Your subscription will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle and will expire after a 24-hour grace period if not renewed manually.
Upon the expiration of a paid subscription, your account will be converted to a free account. You will continue to have access to view historical data and reports from the last 365 days. However, no new reports or analytics will be processed unless the subscription is renewed or a new paid subscription is purchased.
 

Failed Payment Attempts

After the end of the 24-hour grace period, Deluxe Custom Apps LLC will attempt to charge the customer up to four (4) times over a period of seven (7) days. If all attempts fail, the subscription will be fully cancelled, and no further attempts to charge the customer will be made.
 

Payment Gap Policy

If a subscription payment is not received for any period, any reports or analytics for the unpaid period will not be processed retroactively, even if the subscription is renewed at a later date.
 

Account Deletion

You may delete your personal account, along with all corresponding information, at any time by logging into your account on the dmarkoff.com website and following the account deletion procedure provided.
 
Deluxe Custom Apps LLC may terminate your subscription and/or delete your account immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement.
 
Deluxe Custom Apps LLC may delete a free inactive account which has not been logged in for one year since the last user login.
 

Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatic and must be requested through Deluxe Custom Apps LLC support. Refunds, if approved by an administrator, are calculated proportionally based on the remaining value of the subscription period and the number of purchased domains.

Refunds may be issued only once per account or customer and only for the current subscription period. Requests for refunds for previous billing periods (past months or years) will not be considered. Deluxe Custom Apps LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
